At Cabinets To Go, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home renovation. If your order doesn't meet your expectations, items in original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery subject to a restocking fee.

Return Process

  Request Authorization

  Contact our customer care team or visit your local showroom to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping any items back.

• 2.
  Pack Securely

  Ensure all cabinets, hardware, or flooring are in their original, unopened packaging with all assembly components and manuals included.

• 3.
  Ship or Drop Off

  Arrange for freight return shipping to our distribution center or bring the authorized items directly to your nearest Cabinets To Go retail location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods for quality, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, minus applicable restocking and shipping fees.
